Before relocating to Belize, Evan built an extensive background in foundations, construction, and residential property renovation. Together, Evan and Sandra successfully flipped homes in Alberta Canada from 2007 to 2015, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in property valuation, development, and investment strategies. This practical knowledge continues to benefit buyers, sellers, and investors navigating the Belize real estate market.

Beyond real estate, Evan is a respected business owner. He is the owner of Royale International Limited, a construction company specializing in quality building projects in Belize, and La Vida Loco Property Management, a company dedicated to helping property owners maximize the value of their investments. He is also a founding member of Southern Emergency Services, a local emergency medical service organization committed to enhancing healthcare access and emergency response in Southern Belize.

Born and raised in Belize, our amazing office manager Mr. Bonifacio Chun calls San Roman Stann Creek home. Prior to becoming a part of the team, Bonifacio worked on the Placencia Peninsula for many years and has over 25 years experience in the industry. Having worked for some of the top resorts, real estate agencies and property management teams in Placencia, we are excited to welcome Bonifacio to the team. In his down time this proud father of three likes landscaping, working with his hands and spending time with family and friends.

Clancy relocated from Maryland to Southern Belize 17 years ago, not as a tourist, but as someone who put down roots, broke ground and built a life.

Originally from the heart of one of the busiest cities in the world I gave up my concrete jungle for Belize’s lush canopy. I found my place I’m proud to call home in the quaint fishing village on the Placencia Peninsula, where I have resided for over 15 years with my two best friends, my darling daughters. Some of my absolute favorite things to do are going to visit the Caye’s , snorkeling and fishing, boat and bbq life, laughing and cook ups with friends , rescuing baby turtles and hikes to the waterfalls. Sounds rough doesn’t it ?? ????

The beginning..

After receiving two Bachelors Honor Degrees in Business Management and Marketing and Advertising , my educational background led me to the field of Sales and Marketing where I became a Brand manager for multiple brands with a successful history of hitting and exceeding sales targets. My secret and strength is creating and maintaining strong customer relationships through great communication, honesty, dedication which are all qualities that are extremely important in the real estate business that you have someone you can trust.

I first visited Belize in 2004 and fell madly in love with what we call the “Jewel”. The friendliness of the people , the food, the music, the art, the humor, the melting pot of cultures , the sunsets, the diversity of landscapes , the fishing and reef , I could go on and on ……. I extended my trip multiple times and by the time I was on my way back home had made up my mind that Belize is where I wanted to be at. I returned to Belize in 2010 and opened a lounge Bar and Restaurant on the Placencia Beach.

A couple of years later I was head hunted to become part of the Sales and Marketing team for a beautiful high-end resort and residences “Itz’ana” . I worked here from “Ground Breaking” to “Grand Opening” and was their first employee where I stayed for 6 years until Covid.

These experiences created a solid foundation to building a unique and quality network of people and connections near and far contributing to my success and great friendships. I have since been solely in real estate and sell across all types of property sectors from Islands (yes islands!!), Land, Homes, Businesses and Resorts.
