Tami Sutley is a seasoned real estate professional with an international background spanning commercial real estate, property management, and luxury hospitality. She began her Real Estate career in Alberta Canada, earning her Commercial Real Estate license in 2007.
Tami went on to build extensive experience in facility and property management, leading large-scale regional operations for a global engineering firm. Her portfolio included high-profile Federal Government clients utilizing her expertise in complex operations, client relations, and asset management.
In 2018, Tami made the life-changing move to Belize in search of a more balanced, lifestyle-driven future. Fully embracing the Belizean culture and community, in Placencia, Stann Creek.
One of the attractions about moving to Belize was the ease of starting a company and the plethora of opportunities in Placencia. Tami started her own corporation and operated multiple local businesses, including a retail shop, a full-service daycare and property management services in Placencia. She went on to managing a luxury catamaran charter company and then opened and operated a 5-star resort on Placencia Caye.
Tami returned to real estate in 2021, working with buyers, sellers, and landlords across the Placencia Peninsula. With eight years of firsthand experience living and investing in the Stann Creek District, she offers clients invaluable insight into relocating, investing, and building a life in Belize.
