There are actually 2 BEACH lots here next to each other available on Long Caye, near the famous blue hole. Buy one and FINANCE the other through the owner.
These lots on the North beach of the island are zoned Commercial but are priced residential and you can build either a house or a business or both, why not
The land here is high and dry, very important if you know, you know. Its a 2 minute walk down to the pier where everyone comes in with their boats and another 2 minutes to the dive Lodge, It’za always good for a dinner or get together with friends.
You will need to be self sufficient here, use rain water or a water maker and solar. Everyone else does it, so can you. The escape to peace and quiet is worth it.
The island is an Eco island so the original family developing it are determined that it will not be spoiled. There are some building guidelines that I would be more than happy to share with you.
The best diving, fishing and snorkeling you are going to find, crystal clear waters, swaying coconuts white beach sand and an infinite sea view.
