As an owner you will receive 10% of the shares of the entire property (10 owners total). You get a total of 5 weeks per year, and it works on a point system making it very fair for all the shareholders of the property. Weeks may be given away but may not be sold. Owners may choose to have the management company rent their weeks and this goes into the rental pool where the Income is divided per the points schedule. Dividends are paid from Rental pool after all taxes are paid and can expect an ROI of around 5% including a 2-week holiday on the island all to yourself or up to 26 friends.
